Microphones
Any of these would work for Zoom coaching for the Voiceover Exploration. Remember to get a pop filter, too. These microphones are NOT just for learning on. The quality of voiceover audio they're able to generate is usable for auditions and jobs. Really.

Rode NT1
This has been my recommended microphone for beginners for some time, mostly because I think this company creates good quality products. It comes with a little pop filter, but you'll be discarding that, because it's useless, and getting a regular pop filter (see above).

Blue Yeti
A verrrry popular USB microphone. Blue is a good company, and this comes with a nice on-board gain knob. (On-Board Gain Knob is the name of my loud-core punk band.)

Audio-Technica AT2020USB+
I have had an Audio-Technica microphone for many years and it's stood the test of time. They're a good company.
